We schedule the email to send to your subscribers at an optimal date and time according to your goals and timeline. You will be able to review the email before it is scheduled.

The email will likely focus on one primary call to action (CTA) so your subscribers know what you’re offering them, why it matters to them, and why they should take action now – without distracting them with too many clickable options, which can cause analysis paralysis.

Project Phases

Our team will execute this project in defined phases and we will keep you updated on progress within each phase of development, giving you the ability to provide feedback, direction or collaborate with our team throughout every step of the process.

1) Access Coordination and Strategy

During this initial phase, our team reviews your Member Profile as well as the project details. We confirm the following details:

  • The details of the promotion
  • The main CTA
  • The audience (what list[s] the email will be sent to)
  • Whether we will create a new template or use a previously developed template

We either log in to your email marketing account and review your previous promotional emails and email templates, or we create an account for you. We may ask you questions to clarify details or expectations before we get started.

2) Initial Project Approach

Our team develops a strategic approach for the email based on your project requests and goals, as well as industry best practices.

Based on this approach, we start designing the template according to the member’s visual branding and preferences, and use it to start creating the email.

3) Project Presentation

During this phase, our team finalizes the email draft and tests it for compatibility across devices.

Once we finalize the email draft, we present it to you. We encourage your feedback on the email before we schedule it to send.

4) Project Closure Plan

After you provide our team with feedback, we make any requested changes and schedule the email to send at an optimal time.

If any changes were made in this phase, we will send you an update regarding the changes, as well as when you can expect the email to be sent to your audience.
