Our team determines the best local area to target based on demographics or utilizes a current list your business has.
Our team also crafts custom-tailored content for the mailing to accurately represent your business and its current advertising offers. Content is drafted based on your goals using industry best practices.
The content will include all necessary details about your current promotions in an easy-to-read format with a clear call to action. All content will align with your business’s messaging guidelines.
The content for each campaign is customized to your business and promotion. The final Direct Mail Campaign Content will be presented in a Google DOC.

Our team will execute this project in defined phases and we will keep you updated on progress within each phase of development, giving you the ability to provide feedback, direction or collaborate with our team throughout every step of the process.
1) Access Coordination and Strategy
During this initial phase, we review your Member Profile, and confirm project details and goals with you.
If you do not provide us with a list of addresses, our team will begin to determine the best geographical radius to send the final product to. To create the geographical radius, we first log in to your USPS account or create one on your behalf using your email address.
2) Initial Project Approach
During the next phase, we finalize the best geographical radius to send the final product to and estimate the product cost (the cost to print the mail pieces and mail them out using the USPS).
Our team will also begin crafting content for the direct mail campaign. This involves determining the best promotional focus and format for this campaign.
At the end of this phase, we send you an update that includes the approach for the campaign, routes chosen, and estimated product cost.
3) Project Presentation
During this next phase, we finalize the direct mail campaign content. We ensure the content has one clear call to action and includes accurate contact information for your business. We review the content for flow, grammar, punctuation, and spelling accuracy.
Once finalized, we present the content and strategic approach behind the content.
4) Project Closure Plan
After you have had time to review the direct mail campaign content, our team makes any updates and finalizes the content, reviewing updated sections for flow, grammar, punctuation, and spelling accuracy. Once finalized, we send you the updated content.
At the completion of the Direct Mail Campaign Content project, we typically transition it to a Direct Mail Campaign Design project if you would like our team to design the content in a shareable format that is on-brand.
